Call for submissions
All students currently enrolled at UTS are invited to submit work for the UTS Writers' Anthology 2009.
Submissions can be in any genre: poetry, creative non-fiction, short story, travel, screenplay, etc. A maximum of 3 pieces per author can be submitted (a suite of poems may count as one piece, but must be clearly marked as a suite). Work submitted should have been written during 2008 and must be unpublished.
Maximum length for submissions: 5000 words.
Pieces are to be submitted electronically, or on disk (Microsoft word). Your name must not appear on your submission. Please submit your work as an attachment, accompanied by an email (or in the case of a disk, a hard-copy cover note) listing:
- your name
- contact details
- title of piece
Submissions must be 1.5 or double-spaced in 10 or 12-point. Title must be on a separate title page (as well as at the top or bottom of each page).
Entries may be submitted electronically to Delia Falconer via email delia.falconer@uts.edu.au. Disks can dropped into her pigeonhole (mail room, Level 4, Building 3) or mailed to:
