Research and Practice Seminar Series
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Series runs a seminar series which aims to bring together people from across the Faculty interested in exploring the interface between professional and creative practice, reflexivity, research theory and methodology. The series emerges from the need to link the reflexive study of everyday organizational and creative practices to the growing need for contemporary professionals (whether charged with informational-bureaucratic tasks or engaging in creative work) to confront, reflect on and learn from the pragmatic complexities that they embody and enact in their work. The series will invite researchers and creative and professional practitioners to present and discuss experiences of reflexive research/professional/creative practice.
